Our quality assurance policies are complied with ISO 9001:2015 . Our procedure is to guarantee that the company distribute quality products and services for our customer. Our procedure is started when the products arrive at our warehouse. The company has a work instruction for employees to examine and receive the products in order to remain the standard of working.

PRODUCT INSPECTION COMPILES WITH ISO 9001:2015
Manual of product inspection is separated into 3 categories which are
- Valve standard inspection manual
- Fitting and Flange standard inspection manual
- Pipe standard inspection manual
The product inspection is for a random sampling. All manuals are instructed to examine for the type, size, material, weight, body, and cleanness. Heat number on the product is also checked with the certification. Inspectors do the air and hydro testing for a valve sampling, and spectrometer is for suspicious or unknown material. After examination, if the product is below the standard, the store officer will prepare the claim document and return the product to the manufacturer. For the standard products, they are kept in the organized indoor warehouse.
